SHIPPING
(Within the united states)Deathlens ships via USPS. All orders under 1lb will have a flat rate of $5. All orders over 1lb will have a flat rate of $6.50
(International)All Mexico/Canada and international orders will be charged based on the cost of the shipment and prices will be shown upon checkout. All orders are sent via USPS. USPS provides tracking up until the point it leaves U.S. Customs, and from that point it is up to the destination countrie's post service to continue reporting the tracking (which many times they do not). International shipping can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on destination.
APPLE PAY
We do not control the shipping charges which Apple Pay states when checking out. Depending on your order the actual shipping charge may be higher or lower than what is stated during Apple Pay checkout.
PROCESSING
Normally we process orders Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (standard business hours) in the order they are received, following credit approval. Many times we will process orders on weekends and off days, depending on the volume of orders. If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. PROBLEMS
If your order is missing an item, contains a damaged product, or you have other concerns, please email us at info@deathlens.com and provide your name and order number. We are a small web store and respond to emails periodically so please be patient in awaiting a reply. We will reply as soon as possible and do our best to make sure you are happy. We welcome your feedback with regards to any of our products or services. Should you want to return a product, please return to the original point of purchase along with the original receipt. Please confirm the return policy at the original point of purchase, as each retail store has their own return policy. If you buy Deathlens products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot assist you with any problems that you may encounter. Amazon knockoffs are not our products and we cannot exchange or warranty those.
